Helios & Matheson Updates on FCCB

Helios & Matheson Information Technology Ltd has announced that pursuant to clause 6.4 of the offer circular of the Issue of 2% Unsecured Foreign Currency Convertible Bonds due 2011 for US $ 25 million, the conversion price of each bond has been set at Rs 140.08 as at December 31, 2006.
