Cambridge Technology Enterprises to raise upto Rs 25 crore

Cambridge Technology Enterprises Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on November 11, 2009, had considered and approved to raise funds upto Rs. 25 Crores and authorized the Company to convene EGM to obtain Shareholders approval for issue of Securities to Investors other than the existing shareholders of the Company.

The stock closed the day at Rs.26, down by Rs.0.25 or 0.95%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.26.90 and low of Rs.25.65.

The total traded quantity was 9487 compared to 2 week average of 23751.
