Tech Mahindra allots 102450 Equity Shares

Tech Mahindra Ltd has announced that the resolution passed by the Securities Allotment Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company on November 16, 2009 for issue and allotment of a total of 102,450 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each of the Company to various applicants.

65,280 equity shares were allotted on exercise of stock options under Employee Stock Option Plan 2000 (ESOP 2000) and 37,170 equity shares on exercise of stock options under Employee Stock Option Plan 2006 (ESOP 2006).

The stock was trading at Rs.1006.05, up by Rs.4.10 or 0.41%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.1019 and low of Rs.982.15.

The total traded quantity was 215484 compared to 2 week average of 227426.
