Punj Lloyd allots 68430 Shares under ESOPs

Punj Lloyd Ltd has announced that the Committee of Directors in its meeting held on November 11, 2009 has allotted 31,505 equity shares of Rs. 2 each to the eligible employees under ESOP 2005 and 36,925 equity shares of Rs. 2 each to the eligible employees under ESOP 2006 of the Company.

The stock was trading at Rs.215.40, up by Rs.3.30 or 1.56%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.218.20 and low of Rs.214.10.

The total traded quantity was 536894 compared to 2 week average of 1875750.
