3i Infotech allots 5900 Shares under ESOS

3i Infotech Ltd has announced that the Company has allotted 5,900 equity shares on November 16, 2009, to the applicants under Employees Stock Option Scheme, 2000 (ESOS).

The stock was trading at Rs.85.75, up by Rs.1.70 or 2.02%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.86.75 and low of Rs.84.
