Gemini Communication fixes price at Rs 45 for sponsored ADR / GDR issue

Gemini Communication Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on November 16, 2009, has fixed and approved the price for the sponsored ADRs / GDRs is Rs. 45/- (Rupees Fourty Five Only) to be listed in Frankfurt Stock Exchange.

The stock was trading at Rs.38.10, down by Rs.1.45 or 3.67%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.41 and low of Rs.37.80.

The total traded quantity was 64955 compared to 2 week average of 318259.
