Mediaone Global to seek EGM approval for preferential issue

Mediaone Global Entertainment Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on January 05, 2007, has decided to convene an EGM on January 31, 2007 to consider the Preferential Issue of 2,30,000 Equity Shares with Face value of Rs 10/- each and with a Premium of Rs 45/- per Equity Share on Preferential allotment to M/s. Telepathy Investments Pvt Ltd.
