Sakthi Sugars to consider issue of shares on Nov 14, 2009

Sakthi Sugars Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on November 14, 2009, for the purpose of issue and allotment of equity shares in the capital of the Company by conversion of Foreign Currency Convertible Bonds.
