Tata Power fixes FCCBs coupon at 1.75% p.a

Tata Power Company Ltd has announced that the coupon for the FCCBs has been fixed at 1.75% p.a. The closing and settlement of the FCCB issue remains subject to the fulfillment of certain conditions.

The stock was trading at Rs.1327.90, up by Rs.1.20 or 0.09%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.1337.50 and low of Rs.1313.05.

The total traded quantity was 76409 compared to 2 week average of 117667.
