Edelweiss Capital allots 31876 Equity Shares

Edelweiss Capital Ltd has announced that the Share Allotment Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company on November 09, 2009, has approved allotment of 31,876 equity shares of face value of Rs. 5/- under Edelweiss Employee Stock Option Scheme 2004.
