Kotak Mahindra Bank allots 161110 Equity Shares

Kotak Mahindra Bank Ltd has announced that The ESOP Allotment Committee of the Bank at it Meeting held on November 09, 2009 has allotted 1,61,110 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each, pursuant to exercise of Employee Stock Options under the series - ESOP Scheme Series 2005/01: 57,920 equity shares, ESOP Scheme Series 2007/01: 37,763 equity shares, ESOP Scheme Series 2007/06: 315 equity shares and ESOP Scheme Series 2007/12: 65,112 equity shares.

The stock closed the day at Rs.800.80, up by Rs.40.20 or 5.29%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.814 and low of Rs.751.10.

The total traded quantity was 209505 compared to 2 week average of 187217.
