Ladderup Finance to dissolve committee for preferential issue

Ladderup Finance Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on October 31, 2009, inter alia, has approved the dissolution of Board Committee for issue of Preferential Warrants.

The Board also approved reconstitution of Shareholders / Investors Grievance Committee.
