Neo Corp International reduces warrants issue size

Neo Corp International Ltd has announced that the Company's proposed preferential issue of 35,00,000/- equity warrants, which was approved by members in the Extra Ordinary general Meeting held on August 19, 2009, has reduced to 31,00,000 equity warrants due to the withdrawal of Elixir Impex P. Ltd. 4,00,000 warrants who is reported sale transaction in last 6 months from the relevant date. Therefore as per Regulation 72 (2) under chapter VII of the SEBI (Issue of capital and Disclosure Requirement) Regulations, 2009 M/s. Elixir Impex P. Ltd. is not eligible for allotment.

The stock was trading at Rs.47.05, down by Rs.0.80 or 1.67%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.49 and low of Rs.47.

The total traded quantity was 8726 compared to 2 week average of 10724.
