HDFC allots 62945 Equity Shares to employees

Housing Development Finance Corporation Ltd (HDFC) has announced that the Corporation on November 05, 2009, allotted 62,945 equity shares of Rs. 10 each pursuant to exercise of stock options by employees.

Post the above allotment, the paid-up equity share capital of the Corporation would stand at Rs. 285,35,51,530 consisting 28,53,55,153 equity shares of Rs. 10 each.

The stock closed the day at Rs.2651.25, up by Rs.1.30 or 0.05%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.2663 and low of Rs.2580.

The total traded quantity was 76258 compared to 2 week average of 77853.
