Kemrock Industries defers FCCBs issue

Kemrock Industries & Exports Ltd has announced that, pursuant to a resolution passed at its Board Meeting of the Company held on October 31, 2009, in continuation and partial modification of earlier annoucement dated September 01, 2009, has decided the proposed issue of Foreign Currency Convertible Bonds (FCCBs) to be made in the week beginning on and after November 09, 2009 has been deferred to take place during the period beginning on and after December 07, 2009 on account of unavoidable circumstances, with no change in the price of Rs. 390/- (Rupees Three Hundred Ninety Only) per FCCB as determined earlier w.r.t., relevant date.

The stock closed the day at Rs.357, up by Rs.1.80 or 0.51%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.372.95 and low of Rs.357.

The total traded quantity was 4632 compared to 2 week average of 6034.
