Mefcom Agro Industries to issue 4,25,000 shares on preferential basis

Mefcom Agro Industries Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on January 04, 2007, has decided to issue 4,25,000 share on preferential basis at a premium of Rs 225 per share to strategic investors.
