Computer Point to consider issue of warrants

Computer Point Ltd has announced that pursuant to the confirmation of the Shareholders of the Company in terms of the Resolution passed on December 27, 2006 under the provision of SEBI guidelines, 2000 for Preferential Allotment, a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on January 10, 2007 to consider & allot the Equity Shares of Rs 10/- each not exceeding 30,00,000 in the aggregate & 30,00,000 convertible warrants with due compliance of the provision of SEBI guidelines in this regards.
