Religare Enterprises allots 24730 Equity Shares

Religare Enterprises Ltd has announced that the Share Allotment Committee of Board of Directors of the Company in its meeting held on October 30, 2009, has allotted 24,730 Equity Shares, on exercise of stock options under the Employees Stock Option Scheme 2006 (ESOS) of the Company. The paid up Equity Share Capital of the Company post allotment is 76,417,566 Equity Shares of Rs. 10 each aggregating Ra. 764,175,660/-.

The stock closed the day at Rs.365.65, down by Rs.2.60 or 0.71%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.369.75 and low of Rs.364.

The total traded quantity was 2891 compared to 2 week average of 6230.
