Pioneer Investcorp allots 67700 Equity Shares

Pioneer Investcorp Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on October 26, 2009, had allotted 67,700 Equity Shares (on Exercise of Employee Stock Options from "Pioneer Investcorp Ltd. ESOP Scheme 2006") to the Employees of the Company as well as to the Employees of its Subsidiary Companies at an exercise price of Rs. 22.05/- per Equity Share.

The stock closed the day at Rs.48.55, down by Rs.2.55 or 4.99%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.51 and low of Rs.48.55.

The total traded quantity was 10242 compared to 2 week average of 5507.
