Cat Technologies Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on October 30, 2009, inter alia, to consider, issue of convertible warrants to Times Group.

The stock closed the day at Rs.16.70, down by Rs.0.63 or 3.64%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.17.40 and low of Rs.16.50.
