Gujarat State Petronet allots 109126 Equity Shares under ESOP

Gujarat State Petronet Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on October 23, 2009, inter alia, has approved allotment of 1,09,126 Equity Shares under Employees Stock Option Scheme (ESOP) consequent to which the paid up Share Capital of the Company has increased from Rs 562,21,78,740 to 562,32,70,000.

The stock closed the day at Rs.88.95, up by Rs.4.15 or 4.89%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.90.10 and low of Rs.86.10.

The total traded quantity was 3102537 compared to 2 week average of 1461376.
