MindTree allots 31470 Equity Shares under various Stock Option Plans

MindTree Ltd has announced that the Company has allotted no equity shares under the 1999 Stock Option Plan (Program 1).

Further, the Company has allotted 9,121 equity shares of Rs. 50/- each fully paid on October 22, 2009 to the employees / directors of the Company pursuant to exercise of stock options granted to them under the 2001 Stock Option Plan (Program 2).

Further, the Company has allotted 14,050 equity shares of Rs. 250/- each fully paid on October 22, 2009 to the employees / directors of the Company pursuant to exercise of stock options granted to them under the 2006(a) Stock Option Plan (Program 3).

Further, the Company has allotted 5,838 equity shares (of which 1,903 are of Rs. 300/- each, 260 are of Rs. 315/- each, 3,605 are of Rs 335/- each and 70 are of Rs. 419/- each), fully paid on October 22, 2009 to the employees / directors of the Company pursuant to exercise of stock options granted to them under the 2006(b) Stock Option Plan (Program 4).

Further, the Company has allotted 2,461 equity shares (of which 44 are of Rs. 182.88/- and 2,417 are of Rs. 343.48 each) fully paid on October 22, 2009 to the employees / directors of the Company pursuant to exercise of stock options granted to them under the 2008 A Stock Option Plan (Program 5).

The stock closed the day at Rs.561.95, down by Rs.12.45 or 2.17%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.587.90 and low of Rs.555.

The total traded quantity was 8126 compared to 2 week average of 23949.
