Jayant Agro EGM approves issue of warrants at Rs.65

Jayant Agro Organics Ltd has announced that the members at the Extra Ordinary General Meeting (EGM) of the Company held on December 30, 2006 have accorded their approval for issue of 24,00,000 convertible warrants of Rs 65/- each (face value Rs 5/- + premium Rs 60/—), into one Equity Shares on preferential basis, to select investor and to the promoters of the Company.
