Indusind Bank allots 49500 Shares

Indusind Bank Ltd has announced that the Bank has allotted 49,500 (Forty Nine thousand Five Hundred Only) shares on October 21, 2009 to one of the grantees who had exercised his option under the Bank's Employee Stock Option Scheme.

The said shares will rank pari passu with the existing shares of the Company in all respects.

The stock closed the day at Rs.136.30, down by Rs.0.25 or 0.18%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.142 and low of Rs.135.65.

The total traded quantity was 493261 compared to 2 week average of 956409.
