Rei Agro Allots 720165 Equity Shares at Rs.120.75 on conversion of FCCBs

Rei Agro Ltd has announced that the Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company, at its meeting held on December 29, 2006, has allotted 720165 Equity Shares of Rs 120.75/- per share (Rs 10 being the face value) upon the conversion of FCCBs.
