Infotech Enterprises allots 196132 Shares

Infotech Enterprises Ltd has announced that the Compensation Committee of Directors has allotted 196,132 equity shares to the associates /non-executive directors of the Company upon exercise of the stock options.

The stock closed the day at Rs.247.15, up by Rs.9.65 or 4.06%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.252 and low of Rs.234.

The total traded quantity was 20566 compared to 2 week average of 21353.
