Mefcom Agro Industries to consider issue of shares to strategic investors

Mefcom Agro Industries Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on January 04, 2007, to issue 4,25,000 shares on preferential basis at a premium of Rs 225 per share to strategic investors.
