Sarla Performance Fibers forfeits warrants

Sarla Performance Fibers Ltd has announced that the Company had allotted 12,00,000 Warrants of Rs. 152/ each aggregating Rs. 18,24,00,000/- on April 10, 2008 having an option to the warrant holders to subscribe for 1 Equity Share of Rs. 10/- each fully paid of the Company at Rs. 152/-. The last date for exercise of this option was October 09, 2009. As the warrant holders did not exercise their option, the Company has forfeited their 10% application money.

The stock closed the day at Rs.61, up by Rs.0.15 or 0.25%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.66 and low of Rs.60.

The total traded quantity was 11934 compared to 2 week average of 6039.
