Kuvam International allots 80 lakh warrants

Kuvam International Fashions Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on October 15, 2009, inter alia, has approved and allotted 80,00,000 Convertible Equity Warrants on preferential basis, which were approved in the Annual General Meeting of the Company, held on September 29, 2009.

The Board accepted the Resignation of Mr. Ramesh Bhardwaj, Mr. Jaydeep Gupta, Mr. Sanjeev Gupta and Mr. Rajinder Bansal from the directorship of the Company, as the Resignation letter received by the Company on October 13, 2009 and with immediate effect.

The Board appointed Mr. Sameer Bhatti, Mr. Nayan Bhinde and Mr. Viranch Trivedi as an Additional Directors of the Company.
