Cosmo Ferrites to consider issue of CRPS on Oct 21, 2009

Cosmo Ferrites Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on October 21, 2009, inter alia, to consider the proposal for issue of Cumulative Redeemable Preference Shares by the Company.

The stock closed the day at Rs.7.84, down by Rs.0.45 or 5.43%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.8.30 and low of Rs.7.70.
