Core Projects allots 492638 Equity Shares

Core Projects & Technologies Ltd has announced that the Shareholders / Investors Grievances Committee at its meeting held on October 20, 2009, approved the Allotment of 492,638 Equity Shares of Rs. 2 each on conversion of Foreign Currency Convertible Bonds (FCCBs).

The paid-up capital of the Company after this allotment stands increased at Rs. 187,016,194 comprising of 93508097 number of Equity shares of Rs. 2 each.

The stock closed the day at Rs.199.80, up by Rs.1.70 or 0.86%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.203.50 and low of Rs.198.25.

The total traded quantity was 485640 compared to 2 week average of 375913.
