Hindalco Industries allots 9227 Equity Shares

Hindalco Industries Ltd has announced that the Committee of Directors vide their resolution dated October 19, 2009, has allotted 9227 equity shares of par value of Re 1/- to the optionees as detailed in the resolution, pursuant to the exercise of the options granted to the employees under the Company's Employee Stock Option Scheme, 2006.

The stock was trading at Rs.136, up by Rs.1.10 or 0.82%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.136.90 and low of Rs.135.30.

The total traded quantity was 7621 compared to 2 week average of 2026863.
