AXIS Bank allots 446932 Equity Shares under ESOP

AXIS Bank Ltd has announced that the Committee of Directors of the Bank on October 16, 2009 has made the allotment of 4,46,932 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each to the employees of the Bank, under ESOP.

The paid up share capital of the Bank will accordingly get increased to 40,23,94,234 equity shares from 40,19,47,302 equity shares.

The stock closed the day at Rs.1006.10, down by Rs.0.15 or 0.01%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.1021 and low of Rs.998.

The total traded quantity was 421935 compared to 2 week average of 535689.
