Tech Mahindra allots 54580 Equity Shares

Tech Mahindra Ltd has announced that the Securities Allotment Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company on October 16, 2009 approved issue and allotment of a total of 54,580 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each of the Company to various applicants.

15,540 equity shares were allotted on exercise of stock options under Employee Stock Option Plan 2000 (ESOP 2000).

39,040 equity shares were allotted on exercise of stock options under Employee Stock Option Plan 2006 (ESOP 2006).

The stock closed the day at Rs.949.05, up by Rs.20.30 or 2.19%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.953 and low of Rs.926.05.

The total traded quantity was 171868 compared to 2 week average of 134014.
