Educomp Solutions allots 34128 Shares

Educomp Solutions Ltd has announced that Remuneration Committee of the Company on October 15, 2009 has allotted 34,128 Equity Shares of the Company to the respective employees / directors who have exercised their conversion option under ESOP Scheme 2006.

Post allotment Paid up capital of the Company has increased from Rs. 18,94,27,840/- consisting of 1,89,42,784 Equity shares of the face value of Rs. 10/- each to Rs. 18,97,69,120/- consisting of 1,89,76,912 Equity shares of the face value of Rs. 10/- each.

The stock closed the day at Rs.4755.30, down by Rs.59.55 or 1.24%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.4864.70 and low of Rs.4724.

The total traded quantity was 103131 compared to 2 week average of 212508.
