Punj Lloyd allots 43107 Shares under ESOPs

Punj Lloyd Ltd has announced that the Committee of Directors in its meeting held on October 09, 2009 has allotted 43107 equity shares of Rs. 2 each to the eligible employees under ESOP 2005 and 18210 equity shares of Rs. 2 each to the eligible employees under ESOP 2006 of the Company.

The stock closed the day at Rs.294.95, up by Rs.20.05 or 7.29%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.298.50 and low of Rs.275.55.

The total traded quantity was 2441337 compared to 2 week average of 1144061.
