ACC allots 3400 Shares

ACC Ltd has announced that pursuant to the Resolutions passed by Circular dated October 09, 2009 by the Shareholders / Investors Grievance Committee of the Board, 3,400 shares were allotted against exercise of Employee Stock Options under the ESOS Scheme.

Consequently, the paid up Share Capital of the Company has increased from 18,77,02,997 shares to 18,77,06,397 shares of Rs. 10/- face value, as of date.

The stock closed the day at Rs.796.30, up by Rs.1.20 or 0.15%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.805 and low of Rs.787.40.

The total traded quantity was 98778 compared to 2 week average of 83776.
