Era Infra Engineering allots 2.1 crore shares upon the conversion of warrants

Era Infra Engineering Ltd has announced that consequent to the exercise of the part conversion option by the holders of 3,50,00,000 convertible warrant of Rs. 2/- each issued at a premium of Rs. 83 per warrant. The Share Allotment Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on October 10, 2009, has allotted 2,10,00,000 Equity Shares of face value Rs. 2/- per equity shares to the holders of 2,10,00,000 convertible warrants.

The stock closed the day at Rs.179.95, up by Rs.6.85 or 3.96%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.182 and low of Rs.173.20.

The total traded quantity was 864416 compared to 2 week average of 2276244.
