Atco Corporation to consider conversion of warrants

Atco Corporation Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on October 08, 2009, inter alia, has decided for the conversion of warrants as per the sanctioned scheme at a later date.

The Board decided to issue 15 lakh equity shares of Rs. 10/- each on preferential basis under the SEBI guidelines and for this purpose convene an Extra-Ordinary General Meeting on December 01, 2009.

The stock was trading at Rs.164.75, down by Rs.8.60 or 4.96%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.164.80 and low of Rs.164.75.

The total traded quantity was 60 compared to 2 week average of 3945.
