GTL Infrastructure to allot 1531700 Equity Shares

GTL Infrastructure Ltd has announced that Committee of the Board at its meeting held on October 07, 2009, has considered and approved the allotment of 15,31,700 Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each, upon conversion of options under Employees Stock Options Scheme 2005.

The stock was trading at Rs.39.60, up by Rs.0.70 or 1.80%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.39.75 and low of Rs.38.20.
