Net 4 India Ltd has announced that the Company has received an offer for investing in the Equity Shares of the Company. In this connection the meeting of Board of Directors of the Company will be held on October 14, 2009, to consider, inter alia, the above issue of Equity Shares on a preferential basis.

The stock was trading at Rs.87.80, up by Rs.0.05 or 0.06%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.91.05 and low of Rs.87.
