Vyapar Industries defers decision on warrants issue

Vyapar Industries Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company met on October 06, 2009 to consider the item for issue of convertible shares warrants on preferential basis has decided to defer the item. Date of Board Meeting where this item will be considered will be informed as and when decided.

The stock was trading at Rs.36.90, up by Rs.1.65 or 4.68%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.37 and low of Rs.35.55.

The total traded quantity was 17733 compared to 2 week average of 26973.
