Radico Khaitan allots 124875 shares

Radico Khaitan Ltd has announced that the ESOP Compensation Committee in its meeting held on September 30, 2009 has allotted 1,24,875 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each to the eligible employees on exercise of stock options under the Employees Stock Option Scheme 2006 (ESOP) of the Company. The paid up Equity Share Capital of the Company post allotment is 10,25,87,094 Equity Shares of Rs. 2/- each aggregating Rs. 20,51,74,188/-.

The stock closed the day at Rs.112.05, down by Rs.3.90 or 3.36%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.116 and low of Rs.110.10.
