Lok Housing to allot 50 lakh warrants

Lok Housing & Constructions Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on September 30, 2009, inter alia, has decided to allot Convertible Warrants to the extent of 50,00,000 (Fifty Lacs) to Promoter / Promoter Group Companies on preferential basis, as per SEBI (DIP) Guidelines, 200, subject to required statutory approvals.

The stock closed the day at Rs.37.10, down by Rs.2.15 or 5.48%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.38.90 and low of Rs.36.80.

The total traded quantity was 165419 compared to 2 week average of 183219.
