Vardhman Polytex allots 25 lakh warrants

Vardhman Polytex Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on October 05, 2009, has allotted 25,00,000 (Twenty Five lac) Convertible Warrants on referential basis to the Financial Investors in accordance with Chapter VII of SEBI (Issue of Capital and Disclosure Requirements) Regulation, 2009.

The stock closed the day at Rs.42.90. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.44.10 and low of Rs.42.

The total traded quantity was 582 compared to 2 week average of 1807.
