Ucal Fuel Systems to allot 8217625 shares at Rs 36.35

Ucal Fuel Systems Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on September 29, 2009, inter alia, has approved the allotment of 82,17,625 Equity shares of Rs. 10/- each at a premium of Rs. 26.35 per share on a Preferential basis to the Promoters / Persons acting in concert group.

The stock closed the day at Rs.57.25, up by Rs.1.35 or 2.42%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.57.25 and low of Rs.55.
