Maral Overseas allots 1885400 CRPS

Maral Overseas Ltd has announced that to approval accorded by Shareholders at their Extra Ordinary General Meeting held on August 26, 2009, the Committee of Directors (CoD) of the Board of Directors in their meeting held on September 30, 2009 have allotted 18,85,400, 8% Cumulative Redeemable Preference Shares of Rs. 100/- each to various Banks pursuant to conversion of their part loan, in terms of Letter of Approval of CDR Cell dated March 26, 2009.

The stock closed the day at Rs.9.80, up by Rs.0.10 or 1.03%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.10.57 and low of Rs.9.40.
