Suryachakra Power to issue 65 lakh warrants

Suryachakra Power Corporation Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on September 30, 2009, has approved to issue 65,00,000 (Sixty Five Lakhs only) Convertible Equity Warrants to the Promoters Group on preferential basis, subject to the approval of the members of the Company at their General Meeting.

The stock closed the day at Rs.23.40, up by Rs.0.10 or 0.43%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.24.35 and low of Rs.22.95.
