Amtek Auto raises an additional $75 million through 5.625% Foreign Currency Convertible Bonds

Amtek Auto Limited has issued additional FCCBs for an aggregate amount of US$75 million with the same terms and conditions as per the previously issued FCCBs taking the total offer size to US$140 million. The company still has an option to further increase the issue size by an additional US$35 million to ensure that the total issue size does not exceed US$175 million.

The stock closed the day at Rs.220.85. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.224.95 and low of Rs.218.05.

The total traded quantity was 413551 compared to 2 week average of 670007.
