LT Foods to consider raising funds on Sep 30, 2009

LT Foods Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on September 30, 2009, inter alia, to consider fund raising proposal including issue and allotment of securities on preferential basis and also to fix the date, time and place of the extra Ordinary General Meeting of the members of the Company for obtaining their approval for the purpose.

The stock was trading at Rs.79.60, up by Rs.6.25 or 8.52%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.84.60 and low of Rs.74.50.
